Rant of the Day Thread!

Awesome.. cause yeah. I have to rant about this.
Last night at work, a drunk guy calls for a pony keg prices and what all we have. My manager goes to the back and tells me we have one of two brands, which I tell the man. He then askes me how much is in one and I told him. Then the proceeds to try and add the price of the pony, with the deposit and tapper deposit, saying that it'd be around 120 dollars. I tell him that is probably about right and then he proceeds to ask me if he can get it for a cheaper price. Now at this point, I am annoyed since I am talking to a drunk idiot and I am getting a line of people to wait on. I tell him that not at our store can he get it any cheaper. -So then- he asks if we have tappers... No we just charge you for despoit and expect you to find your own tapper.. Then he asks again if we have the two brands that I had previously told him were in stock... By this time I said screw it and try to wait on people while talking to this man on the phone, and I am failing. My manager was outside taking out trash, so I couldn't call her up to help me, which annoyed me more!
Finally, after talking to this man for like 20 minutes on the phone, and giving him three different liquior prices, he said that he'd be down up in about 20 minutes. (During this phone call I had some punkass kid telling me to get off the phone. I wanted to stab him with a pen.)
Hour later, his wife comes in, and instantly I am even more pissed, simply because I know this family, and I do not really like them much for various reasons. They wander for 10 minutes through the store, and finally I get my manager to get the pony as I fill out paper work, the wife said they need something COMPLETELY different than what the guy had even asked for. So not only did they waste 20 minutes with me on the phone, they wasted another 10 with paper work and what not! >_<

There wasn't enough vinegar on my chips and I had to read that statement..that is my day so far *shakes head*

Ok two rants:
Basically right now I'm working 2 jobs Pet Sitting and Real Estate because Real Estate is slow. My mom keeps complaining I'm gone a lot now... Hello two jobs....
This is the same mom that complained I wasn't bringing in much money in Real Estate and I needed a second job for months. I get one and now she complains I'm not there 24 hours to pick up what she drops etc. She doesn't understand why after working for 10 hours I don't want to go out and weed the stupid flowers.... My dad is a little better but still doesn't understand why I haven't finished researching material for his vacation because I had paperwork to do.
Previous to this when they asked me to move with them and take care of them they said they understood they may have to support me for a while til I got on my feet but they now seem to have forgot that.
I know my parents are old but honestly at times I wish I hadn't agreed to move with them to take care of them leaving a job in the process. Okay done with rants about taking care of 70 and 80 year-old parents.
