(Cleaned up the OP a little bit. The ad with the mandoviols are IC, and they appear on the holonet, fliers are in cantinas, starports, and hotels. In the spoiler, I added OOC pics of the diner.)

(The Nesh Diner has been VERY popular this past week, and it's going to be open all day today! It'll be open most of the time this week. It only takes about one or two minutes with atmospheric flight to get to the diner from Moenia.)
