Quartermaster Sapame actively serves in the 22nd Naval Security Wing of the Imperial Navy, a small military police and force-protection detachment.  He fills the billet of the wing's Quartermaster, ground component.  Brutish, arrogant, obtuse and generally un-inspired, Sapame is a career-corporal in every sense of the word.  His penchant for brutality and excessive alcohol consumption has led to the stagnation of his Naval Career, much to his father's dismay.

His reputation working against him, Sapame was falsely accused of sexual assault by a female academy cadet.  A last-minute intervention by ISB Agent Rosharrn Maximillian stayed the man's firing squad detail.  Maximillian rebuked, demoted and re-assigned Sapame to the 22nd, where his reputation might better aid in protecting the Imperial Botanical Corps investment and facade.
