Fail of the Day Thread
Ninja AFK:
We all know it- sometimes fail is win. Don't beleive me? This ought to convince you. ;)
Sometimes, no matter how bad the fail, theres always a way to find that bit of humor in it. The more you see it, the more you start noticing it everyday. So here's to fail! Post a fail of the day- whether it be your own or one you stumbled upon -that you just had to smile at in spite of how bad it was. I don't need to give the "no sniping" disclaimer again; we all know better.
Let's prove that even the downside has a bright side.

"The mother of all mistels...."
This was not my personal fail, thank god. We had a conference call meeting a week or so ago at work between my Accounting department, our New England accounting department and the Manager and Her manager who over sees both departments.
In michigan, we were all at our seperate desks, on our own seperate phones. In New England, they were all in one conference room. So when they started talking, all We heard was this white wall of ungodly Noise. This went on for 2.5 hours....
Finally 5pm hits and we have decided there was ZERO reason for us to be on this call...and our Manager says "Well I guess we'll let the Great Lakes people go home, unless there's anything else..." at which point we're shaking our heads going "No, we're fine, we got it, thanks for the info!!"...when the Managers manager pipes up with "Well there's just one more..."
At this point, my very frustrated co worker, who had been Sametiming (Instant message system) a few of us just to chit chat...Messaged "OMG!!!!! STFU Is this ever going to end?!" .........and mistelled it to our Manager.
I did not hear if there was a good end to this story but my friend is still employed, so it couldn't have been too bad.

So, today in History we're talking about the crops colonial Americans grew. Our teacher mentions they grew tobacco, which could be sold and made into cigarettes. One of the girls in front of me (mind you this is a Pre-Advanced Placement Honors History class) pipes up with "Wait...you SMOKE tobacco?"
Fail.
